Bad quality on Salomon shoes

Good day

I recelty purchased a pair of Solomon Shoes from the Cape Union Mart in Bedford Centre.

I purchased these shoes a little over three months ago and I see there is already a hole forming on the inside lining of the one shoe. This is very disappointing considering I chose to pay the price for a high quality shoe which has not delivered the quality which I expected. I did not purchase these shoes with the hopes that they would only last 6 months. At this point I will not be purchasing another pair of Solomon Shoes as the quality is disappointing. Had I known that this would happen, I would have kept the receipt on hand in order to return the shoes.

This was an mail that i have send to their customer service email on the 20/04/2020 to date i have received any response from them that is just pathetic
