Salmey Property Transport - doing home improvement - shocking behaviour

The company gave a quote for work to be done at my home - a 60% deposit was paid, they pitched up did nothing accept tiles that they should not have destroyed,. More money was provided to them to buy tiles. Now they have decided to take the deposit money and the tile money and to do nothing further. Currently they have mentioned they will pay back the funds which is almost 6700 - I would like to see if they would do it. They have consistently **** and made no attempt to behave in manner that one could find acceptable
