Rude mananger and no custoner service.

The rudest manager i have seen on planet earth, they served me with wings that are dry and very cold. When i raised my concern the manager just brushed me off and billed for those 2 wings i ate. I complained and he just gave me the same wings i comolained about.

No custiner service and very unfriendly, i know how to cook and i know what food that is not fresh look like. What am i suppose to do with these wings now.

Instead of offering something else, he def needs training. Hatfield branch remains the best.
