On the day that we were to move into the residence we had chosen to rent, the former tenants were still there, alongside all of their belongings. This was on the day that Sally and her tenants had, by all accounts, agreed to have had the place cleared out and ready. She then beset us with false promises of having everything ready the day after; these promises were consistently proven to be worth their weight in the minuscule amount of oxygen used to utter them, as each and every time we went to the new house, we were greeted once more with it still in its occupied state. Fast forward past that debacle: an unclean house with broken doors, barely functional toilet, ant infestation, etc. She did no inspection or repairs after we complained. We only got October 2017's state record of water usage, not a single one after that. After, we did try to clean the place up, but could not gain entry due to a now broken gate. Subsequently, she blamed us for the unclean house and broken gate.
