Poor quality

I purchased a 50g almond nougat bar. I was astonished by the poor quality and taste I encountered. Sally Williams slogan on the packaging says world's finest nougat, well I disagree with that. I'm always purchasing their products but at this moment in time I am utterly disappointed with what I received. The bar was flat in comparison to previous purchases and the almonds were stale. Very very chewy nuts. And note that Sally Williams isn't the cheapest nougat on the market, so we purchased it for the quality ,but it doesn't seem like we received that.
