Withholding certificate and statement of results

Run as fast as you could.I did public admin in 2018,did level 4 and 5 but never got statement of results but there were graduations everytime😂..We pay a certain amount for the grads and on top of that,I owed school fees for the level 5-i was handed over🫠.I paid them off,then started demanding for my certificate.Did Fifi not tell me about advocate and how the printer is not working to print certificates?And I was like,hau-like how?When I was handed over,it was okay...So now when demand what I paid for,suddenly the printer is not working.Okay no stress,statement of results from department😂.Bare no show!!I was told of legal battles I wasn't aware were supposed to implicate students but im dissapointed of this alleged fly by night.If you can,please go to reputable places with proven results!Let's not waste our time and money on things because they are accessible and seemingly affordable aswell.Yoh never again
