No aftersales service at all - Useless

Bought a "Suitcase" on Bobshop - Turned out he uses pictures of a suitcase and sells "Suitcase covers" for the same price you can get a suitcase for. As I received it I immediately contacted the seller without opening it to request a return / Refund - The seller was Unhelpful - Name is MEKAEL SALEY Becareful buying from this company no matter where they sell - They only want your money - After that they dont care about you. Ill take the Hit and lose the money - But make sure nobody else gets put into this situation
