Havent receive my parcel and the phone line is disconnected

<p>I placed an order on the 18 December 2016 and payment was made on the 19th, and i received an email stating that it was received and delivery will be processed, but since then the phone is offline and they not responding to messages on facebook and instagram and also not replying to emails, and i am not the only person that experienced this, they have a website and everything, but seem to be a ****.</p>
