TERRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. I was sold 2 severely damaged vehicles from them! Their communication is absolutely terrible, you constantly have to nag them for paperwork, im still waiting for personal belongings that i left in one of the vehicles as well as money that they owe to me. DO NOT TRUST THEIR VEHICLE CHECKS AND REPORTS!! For both vehicles i was given reports that there were okay and had no road worthy relevant issues only for them to appear a few days after taking delivery of the vehicles. They were responsible for repairs but kept the car for a week and nothing was fixed and a full tank of fuel driven out (multiple times). I was also given a report from VW from the dealership on the 2nd car, only for me to find out none of the things were done according to the report. both cars had coolant and engine oil mixing and leaking into the gearbox with water. One of them had a blown fuse box which had a bridge on it to hide any faults. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership from day 1 of dealing with them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. You will most likely find that both vehicles will be advertised again selling with "no issues" please be aware. I did some digging and found one of them was sold and returned before i purchased it as well.
