Sales Marketing Dynamics

I feel as if their product is amazing, but their motivational stand points is just pathetic. I was recruited as a outfield sales representative in training excited at the new prospect but I had little knowledge of which fields we would have to sell their product in....I was informed by a promoted sales representative that he had traveled to places like Potchefstroom which physically and financially for me was out of reach....I was still determined either way , but what hit the nail in the coffin for me was the poor and distasteful reply in not only my interest as a prospect sales representative but as a potential customer too....when I asked if a customer had a specific time that they could join the course....Mr.Uddim at this point failed to comprehend a straight forward question and instead infront of a group of trainees decided to mock me by implying it as a stupid question and my appearance. Where they insist contradictinglly later on to build my confidence they just took it away. This is someone I genuinely respected and to have him maliciously insult my intelligence and appearance like that infront of everyone because of my purposeful inquisitiveness. Granted they did try to make it easier for us to meet sales target by expecting us to cold call 4 people we may know for promotion and incentives. I felt perplexed and lacklustred to show anymore enthusiasm towards their cause. I'm not disappoint nor vengeful I wish them all their success but I feel they need to work on their job listing posting as well this is not a customer service representative position in fact this is a outbound field sales representative position which counts as false advertising. I wasted which is 2 weeks of my time enthusiastic about a position, which clearly wasn't for me.when posting own transport would be a advantage it's not emphasizing that you do need a constant transportation for this job. I'd like to thank you very much for not only wasting my time,finances and resources but also emotionally draining me.
