bad service!!!

Hi My work people placed an order at teh new store in Darling Street at 10.13am they never received the Gatsby at 1pm as yet we at the palms Woodstock which is 2min away!!! Bashier the owner said we will receive cooldrinks as well after I spoke to him at 12:30pm I spoke to him twice.
