Canned salt with a side of scales

I had purchased a few cans of your chili and tomato sauce pilchards while on a special at a retailer. A few of the cans were fine but then the rest I opened had a inedible sauce covering them, it tasted as if the sauce was purely made out of salt. Not to mention your fish is not even cleaned properly, still having all the scales on the fish.

Please sort out your "quality control" considering if that even exists in your factories.
