Therlo Coetzee at Saldanha Bay Municipality is definitely the best by far. He always attends to problems and issues that I have related to building and the municipality. He is very humble person and this is rare in a municipality or any service industry. People in the service industry in my experience thinks that they are doing others that pay them for the service a big favour. Not this person and he is in a management position. Rare very rare.
