Prepaid meter purchase - Disgusting - Bad - R200 bought 38.6 Unit for R200 - Called Bad Service Read below

I purchased pre paid electricity on 21 Oct at Pick n Pay Langebaan, when I got home I put the token in and saw I only got 38.6 Units for R200!! WOW impossible I called Pick n Pay straight away and spoke to the Manager on duty which told me it is not their problem I must waiting until Monday and call Eskom in Saldanha. I call on Monday first thing 23 Oct and I was told! “List to this” Pick n Pay would not even help or look at the slip. The more prepaid vouchers you buy in a month the more you lose. So you should buy R500 the beginning of the month then you will be fine. If you bought R150 or R200 three times in the month you will get less and less so 38.6 Units for R200 is right! DAY LIGHT *******!! This cannot be right someone needs to do something!!!
