We submitted plans to building control in October 2019. Each time we had to follow up (each time line was 3 weeks), after which we were told something else was wrong, Final correct plans (confirmed accurate by the person authorising) were sent via courier in March 2020. After many phone calls, most of which go unanswered, and many e mails, most of which go unanswered, we have given up. We have spent a fortune on drawing up plans, paying fees to submit said plans, engineers fees as instructed by Building Control, etc. We even requested a meeting with them. This request is still unanswered. It is disappointing and infuriating that they are paid to do a job yet get away with this.
