Absolute pathetic service

I have never seen such pathetic service from a Building Control division from a Municipality like that of Saldanha Bay Munciipality. When it is foreigners from Europe that buy land in the areas, there are more being done for these foreigners to make sure they comply with everything when houses are built. Local South Africans that build there are not guided correctly when a plan is submitted after land is bought and building need to start. Something needs to be done seriously about this pathetic service from this Municipality! It is really pathetic that nearly 6 months are used for this and still people like Dillon Meyer, Devonish Fortuin and Mark Van Rooyen do not even themselves know what to tell the builder themselves and explain properly. Afterwards when one constantly inquires then only are you being informed of what is outstanding.
