door panels

On 2016-01-29 Keatan Parker was driving a vehicle NP63407 black golf 1 and he collided to my vehicle Gold Yaris ND345792 at Brand Road Glenwood Durban while I was stationary waiting for a jam traffic to move. He then took responsibility n promise to pay. After a week of the incident he called me and told me to take the vehicle to Darryl's panel beater at 27 Columbine Place unit 08 Glen Anil they are going to fix it for me and his insurance agreed to pay. I took the vehicle to the address and they started reparing it until after few days when the insurance said they must wait for the claim to be finalised first and I was advised by the insurance/ Keaton's lawyers to go and take the vehicle since it was drivable.When I went the vehicle had both door panels n window handle on passengers door missing and I asked is the owner of the Panel Beater he told me that they will keep them because they still need to finish the job they already started. Keatan n his insurance are no longer interested in fixing the car and I can not get my car parts back and I tried talking to them about getting my door panels n window handles back but to no vail.
