hideously bad service

all looked good, took my money, acknowledged with an e-mail and promised a tracking number to follow- that was 17th July --order number SC1330 for motion sensor lights has since come to a juddering halt - I am unable to make contact, they don't respond to my Messengerattempts to make contact and there is no phone number -- HELP
