Incorrect pricing and failure to resolve

We've often been to Sakura in Blackheath over past few years. Food was always good. Service ok. However the last time we went, they informed us that the menu prices had gone up by R10 per plate. and each suchi plate was an extra R5. We were only informed after we had orderd the main course. We were forced to pay the higher amount for items already consumed. ********* and *******.
