These guys are a joke - Especially Marc.

Basically same experience as Kendall R. These guys don't fix maintenance issues. Unit we moved into was vacant for an entire month but during this time no maintenance had taken place. The front door handle was broken, walls which were supposed to be white were brown from filth, the unit was not cleaned, appliances that come with the unit were broken, the unit was infested with all sorts of pests, I can go on. Mind you they had one entire month to fix these issues.

Pleaded with these guys for 3 months to send someone to attend to fix water leakage. They refused. Security at complex where we were living at then closed our water as there was a massive leakage in the geyser. We eventually cancelled the lease and for some reason they seemed surprised. I must mention that the previous tenant also cancelled the lease and now I know why. At first I thought it was ****** but after talking to neighbors in the complex who also dealt with them I came to the conclusion that it's plain old incompetence!

These are a joke!! a BAD Joke.

If you want to stay in a filthy place where maintenance is not addressed and where you will deal with *********** people, then look no further because these are your guys.
