Amazing friendly service and extremely helpful staff

Newlands branch near Menlyn.

I just wanted to say thank you very much for assisting me at such short notice. One of my scleral contact lenses broke and they helped me the same day to fit a soft contact lens as a temporary solution. They are extremely friendly and I feel that the service offered to me was above and beyond what I expected from them.

It felt like a fresh breeze walking in to their offices and I know there were two old ladies there and the way they spoke to them had me thinking, I would love it if my mother went in to have her glasses adjusted or for someother reason and she was treated with such respect.
