Paving installed wrong

In January this year I got the number of this company Sakonda Construction on Facebook.i contacted the guy to come give me quote for installing paving.i had 3 quotes but out of 3 I noticed that the other Companies are well known and I decided to go with him.he wasn't cheap there was a different of +- R500 diff than all those companies. I thought let me support our black brothers and small businesses. He came and install paving with no hustles;so in early February I noticed that the floor is not even because when it rains the water doesn't run.i send him a message and he responded that he will come the next Saturday.he did come and he never had a decency of telling me why he didn't come.i had to send him another message and he was keep on promising. Then I decided to call the plumber in April which is another expense he installed the drain but he said the drain will not help much because problem is the paving.we could not use the back door for days until it dries.i am scared that come summer we will have a serious problem because it rains all the time.
