Rude Reception Lady - Marinda

I have used Sakkies Blinders for a few installations around the house. One of the reception ladies, Marinda has made this strange/rude comments a few times I spoke to her on the telephone regarding my installation. I just thought she had a bad day but this time I know that she is just a rude person. <br> <br> The last time I ordered some blinds the blinds was delayed due to damages. They re-ordered and the same problem. Third time I was told that I should have decided on the \better"quality blinds and not the \""cheaper\"" ones?! <br> <br> Marinda harassed me for payment although I had to wait so long.
