Poor service

I took my coat to sakies dry cleaner at NALEDI soweto yesterday. The lady who help me when I got there she assessed my coat to see if they'll manage to clean it, she was then abit sceptical about it because it had two types of material in it, she went to ask to the people who wash clothes that would they be able to wash the leather part of material.. She came back to tell me that they say they'll be able to wash it. I left my coat there only to find the leather burnt when I went to collect it later... I'm so disappointed with them, I felt my coat in good condition now they ruined it. Even if they refund me the money I paid for dry clean it won't replace the damage they did to my jacket.
