not being picked up at the airport, this has happened more than once with the same company, the drivers are unprofessional and either not on time or something else

I was waiting for my driver to pick me up at the airport and the driver told me that they were given someone to take to PTA while i wait here with no assistance for more than an hour!!!

week 3 after the incident above the drivers wants me to go and search for the car at the airport parking ?!!! how do i get to that
