Sakhiwesihle QY, operating as a community contractor offering affordable building and renovation solutions is a *****. Sakhiwesihle directed by Yanalisa and Qiniso Gwala, who operate from Glenwood Durban and reside in Durban North, is a company who sell a wonderful sales pitch with an appalling delivery on promise. This company and I signed a contractual agreement to perform renovations on my home. A project that was to be completed by 31 January 2021,which was paid in full as per the agreed amount now stands at less than 30%complete, and almost 4 months after the agreed deadline, the contractor has found themselves out of their depth and running for the hills. What's sad is that Sakhiwesihle has built an unsafe plus minus 30%, which needs to be demolished and rebuilt, and have used according to them 100% of the project funds. They are refusing to refund my money and refuse to take accountability for their malpractice. I urge anyone who comes across these ********** to steer clear of them. They are ***** who don't pay their staff, purchase inferior material and have no clue of how to run a business. I hope that no one else falls victim to these **********, and I will be publishing this on as many platforms as possible to safeguard others.
