Renovation of bathroom- left unfinished and disappeared with clients money

I made use of the above Company Sakhive and Associates in Sept 2020 for a bathroom renovation. I dealt with Africa Mnisi who came to consult me for what was needed to be done. As part of the renovation process, i needed two vanities to be installed in my bathroom, which he quoted would cost more or less around R4000.00, of which all of this was included in the price he quoted me. The vanities never came to light and i was told lies upon lies about the vendor being busy with it, to the vendor delaying the process , to him having chosen another vendor. In that time he also asked that i give him the last R2K that was due to him, sayin that he needed to pay the vendor for the material etc. To date, i sit with no vanities, but with a basin that i didnt want , but had to ask him to buy it so that the bathroom can be finished. In my toilet side, i had to go and buy my own bathroom after he disappeared from the radar. The tiling was done so unprofessionally to say the least. In the toilet the tiles have grey grouting and the other bigger bathroom was not even grouted at all. He promised that he would refund me the money that i had to use to finish my bathroom and off it i only got R700 back. He is a smooth talker , but does not have a clue of what renovations is all about and i was told by one of his people that they even struggle to get payments for their services out of him. Do not make use of his services as i consider him to be DISHONEST and that the results of their work is nothing to brag about.
