Rude/unproffessional and suspect ******* activities happening within the company

My mom approached this company last year December 2016 as she believed it was a rehab company that will help my brother for his drug problem. she wen to the company offices in King williams town eastern cape as thats where she stays, theytold her the programme is 10000 and its for 3 months and the person will be admitted at their centre, it was before christmas when she went to them, they told her because of limited space they will phone her back. they said the rtried to call her on the 26/12/2016 but my mom's phone had a problem since christmas day, and she coulndt get it fixed as it was public holiday and she didnt think the company will try to call her that day as it was christmas day/ public holiday. on the 28 /12/2016 she called them and they said they been trying to call her from the 25th christmas day but they couldnt get through to her so the space has been filled, my mom tried to speak with them and told them about her phone not working...she then went to their offices the same day as they said they will again check if there will be available space soon, she was told there will be someone been discharged that week so there will be space for one perosn, she then went to make a loan from the capitec bank to pay the amount that was needed, she paid it and told she will be phoned as soon the other child gets picked up as his parents stay in johannesburg so their flight was in the afternoon, that was last week friday 30/12/2016... til today there was no call from them, now this morning my mom tried to call them amd there was no answer, i then tried to google this compnay and found nothing and when i phoned the landline number they picked up and i asked them about website...the woman became so jumpy and told me to hold and she gave the phone to another person ... they told me they dont have as the one thats on google its an old one that had with their old partners that left, so i then asked them about my moms issue and the started talking lot of things that dont make sense, she was rude and told me that my mom wasnt serious she should have followed up with them, they dont keep spaces for people they deal with first come first serve. now my question was, why let her pay and promise her there will be space? why promise to call her and dont call to update her, now when i call they tell me she should have followed up, but thats excatly what she was doing if the comany was legit as they say, why become jumy when i asked for deatils regarding it? my mom just came from their offices now, she just called me and told me the woman from that office sweared at her and gave her no chance to speak and told her to get out. my mom is old and suffering from high blood pressure and heart failure, all she wanted was help for her sn that has a drug problem. she the one whos suffering as shes staying with him, as any desperate person in her situation she took the first company that offered to help.. i went onsite to search about this company, to my suprised the comany registration date is onlu from last year 30/09/2016 company name is sakhile zest for life, registration/ enterprise number 2016 / 424526 / 08 ID / Passport Number Name(s) Surname Type Status 860402 ***X 08 X SIBAHLE QHOMFO Director Active 780606 ***X 08 X SINDISWA THEO BOOI Director Active 710915 ***X 08 X NOCAWA PATRICIA SINAM Director Active PHYSICAL ADDRESS: 14 ALAMEIN CRESCENT FORTHILL KING WILLIAMS TOWN EASTERN CAPE 5600 POSTAL ADDRESS: 14 ALAMEIN CRESCENT FORTHILL KING WILLIAMS TOWN EASTERN CAPE 5600 their contact number: ********** 138/ ********** 398 thats all i could find about them, and nothing about rehab centres. all my mom want is her money she paid so that she can find legit and legal rehab centre for my brother. There was no need for them to treat my mom like a child and sweared at her, so unproffessional people.
