consumer's protection act Violantion
this business violates consumer's protection act of clients by not allowing any return on unused items regardless of the reason. Despite south africa having a clear act when it comes to consumers they override itby imposing a no return or credit in all good sold Please refrain from doing business with them

01 Apr 2021, 14:48Our policy and invoices clearly state that goods correctly supp**** and according to the clients wishes are not returnable. This is why our technical/sales team make sure of what the customer requires firstly and the qty. If the customer then later decides he doesn't need the part, we can not be held to fault. We can not sit and do credits all day for people who decide they no longer want the goods.
