USELESS

I have been trying to cancel my membership since last year. I made my final payment and sent my letter of resignation, as requested, on the 25th of November 2019. I was phoned and the receipt of this letter was confirmed.

I have since then phoned weekly and emailed numerous times. I have asked for feedback and was promised phone calls, which never happen. I have been billed almost R7,000 for a membership for 2020 which I have been cancelling since 2019.

This institute is useless and I have no more energy left to fight this. I will not pay a cent to this institute.
