SAIPA CPD terrible service

SAIPA is suppose to be a company with integrity and high standard of service and admin. Last year members, that I know of, including myself was in Good Standing with SAIPA. Then this year all of a sudden I am 34 hours behind! When you contact them you don't get any assistance. This doesn't get corrected. You receive answers like: Don't look back! What?? How must I not look back if you just took away my CPD hours!! We pay an arm and a leg annually take hours to keep our records in Good Standing and then this!!!

Now I must just take time out of my day to get this done! Again!!
