Overall Unhappy

Absolutely hopeless. App**** to become an accredited ATC. Process took forever. Still doesn't have our ATC Certificate. No clear guidelines on what to do next. App**** for RPL for one of my trainees. No process guidelines. Always an issue on the account. The MySAIPA and MyLogbook portals are NOT user friendly. I have complained via email on numerous occasions but all i got was Half-assed and kinda rude responses.
