Institute going down?

I am a member, yet this institute is not honouring its commitment. As a member I get the worst service possible; the board does not bother to answer questions; the CPD department have been struggling for a year to get a connectivity issue sorted out, every time I log on to a webinar or event, there seems to be an issue. I change my mother board on the PC, so it is a different machine. To hear every time I can watch afterwards, is not a valid excuse, especially where I made time to attend important events I have identified as pertinent too me. All other suppliers of on-line events work perfectly, why only this institute always logon problems?
