Beyond Disappointing: Worst Service Experience!

What a terrible institution! I’ve been requesting for a refund since September 2024 and it still hasn’t been processed. I’ve sent countless emails with majority of my emails being ignored. I’ve had someone call me on two occasions to tell me the same thing however she does not provide me with a date when I’ll receive my money back. When I call requesting to speak to the persons in charge of processing my refund, you are either hold until the call ends or you get questioned as to why you’re looking for them. The people working here are so terrible that they don’t even respond to internal emails from their own colleagues. People need to stay away from this organisation!
