Bad service

I am utterly disappointed in the manner in which SAIPA conducts business and treats its members. The staff members do not follow through in resolving queries and requests and they also do not take calls. I have been sending emails since the beginning of the year and I am still frustrated as no one has come to my assistance. Amanda Joubert, Lesego ****i are the people I have been trying to get answers from and they are simply despondent.
