I'll be back!

We went to Saint at The Marc the other day. Surprise, surprise, there were no vegan options on the menu but the waitress said she'd ask the chef if he could prepare a vegan version of the mushroom risotto I wanted, to which he obliged. The service was friendly and the efficient staff had our food done really quickly. It's also really *beautifully* decorated (gave me an eclectic, contemporary pre-Raphaelite/Renaissance art vibe with a play on the words saint and sin). We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the ambiance but I scored 4/5 because there aren't even just a couple of vegan staples on the main menu and the dessert menu (sorbet doesn't count!) for those of us who practice veganism for ethical reasons. Seriously, though. The decor is fabulous; completely my aesthetic.
