Logged a complaint at the restaurant, no response!! Horrible service

Hi. What a horrible experience we had on the 27th of June 2022 🥹🥹

Starting from me picking hair from food and getting a comment that “it’s strange because at the kitchen there’s only 1 lady chef and she has short hair” 🥹🥹 I also have short hair!!

To some telling they call the manager who never came to our table!!!

My sister and I ate at different times because food was brought to our table separate!!!🥹🥹

The birthday courtesy ice cream I had arranged 😢I had to request it, it didn’t become a surprise to my sister anymore 🥹🥹

With all of the above I kept calm so my sisters birthday celebration is not ruined but deep inside I was boiling angry!! 😡

Seeing me again? NEVER!
