Saint Itc - Beware

Terrible customer service. I give them a ZERO out of 10. Total lack of due care and appreciation for customers. Rude and *********** staff and management right up to Director level. We were "sold" a "comprehensive" CCTV camera solution with built-in-mics and were categorically told by their sales rep that we would be taught how to use the system. We have paid for the system in full. We were told, I quote, by the DIRECTOR of the company, that we can "find another CCTV company to use to show us how to use that functionality". Absolutely inexcusable, atrocious behaviour from an ARROGANT, rude and obnoxious LEADER. Their technicians were very pleasant and helpful. The owner of the business is rude and abrupt and probably needs to study more about communications and customer service. He is totally rude and arrogant. This is a clear cut case of over promised and under delivered. I do not think they have any idea about the product that they sold to us. I do not recommend this business at all - they have been a nightmare to work with from the get go. If you would like insight, I am happy to share our (awful) experience. I am quite sure there have been others who have experienced the same.
