I just want to let you know that we are very disappointed with your service at this plant. We had someone standing there for 5 hours to get 6 bags of tile adhesive. After he stood there for 2 and half hours, they told him that the plant is now locked down. What kind of service is this? Sometimes it is the small guys that get the word around to cell your product. I can guarantee you that this person will never buy from you again. Then you try and get hold of the managers (from the weber website) and all you get is we'll get back to you and nothing further. This is after calling for almost a week. Pathetic!
