Saint Dominic's Code orange is 4 hours not 15 minutes?

After getting bitten by a rabid dog, Rush over to Medicross, great service, they advise me that this is what needs to be done, these are the places, Sweetness! thanks Alex, off to saint dominics i Go.... 1900H till 2300H.... they ask 2690 upfront because I'm code orange and that means 15 minutes and ill be sorted.... cool.... i get sat down and blood pressure taken some other stuff... then... I wait... no treatment for 4 hours and I see people Leaving.... more people leaving than actually getting attended to? after 4 hours, I cant wait anymore, I'm sat in front of a sign that says orange is 15 minutes.... its been 4 hours..... no, I cant stay, I got work tomorrow.... they end up refunding me 1000/2690.... I'm still fighting this to this day, I don't have medical air, I had to loan the money... I eneded up going to a government clinic and frere hospital to get the immunoglobulin and vaccines at a clinic, WAY FASTER, TREATED SO WELL! never in my life will I go to Saint Dominics again
