Sail Rail South Africa won't give me back my money, after failing to deliver.

<p>Hi, I have complaint about Sail Rail South Africa. I placed an order in April for an item they sent me an invoice on the 24 April, I made the payment same day and sent the proof of payment. I haven't got my item even today. I sent messages on messenger, emails I'm not getting any response. When I asked the first time they said it's delayed because of long weekend, ever since then I haven't got a straight answer they resorted to ignoring my messages. Please help!!!!!</p>
