SRC Certificate

<p>During June 2016, I completed the SRC course at Sail & Power SA, Simonstown, the contract with them was they would take responsibility for the administration and SAMSA registrtaion. Since the examination in June no feedback was reveived from Sail & Power SA unless inistiated from my side. In December I contacted SAMSA Head Office to findout what the problem is with the issuing of the SRC certificates, only to be informed the certificate was registered in August and mailed back to Cape Town the 15th of September 2016. As a result of Sail & Power not taking up there part of the contract informing us of the progress the certificates, I only received my certificate the 12th of December. On contacting the chief instructor at Sail & Power SA, I received a diffirent excuse everytime why the certificate was not issued, this was all found to be lies and that they did not do there work, </p>
