I ordered my wedding dress from this brand. The cost was 20 000 USD. They took a FIFTY percent deposit upfront.

I am from south africa. I requested a date of arrival to dubai to fetch my dress. I was informed that my dress was already completed and in their dubai showroom. I arrived in dubai and had a one pm appointment and was made to wait until 10 PM for my dress. In my mall, i just waited whilst they made excuses.

My dress wasnt even in their shop. Eventually it arrived and they had made the neckline incomplete and didnt even add the sleeves i requested. I had to wait whilst they sewed some material on as sleeves onto me.

My veil DID NOT arrive. They **** and said it was coming from lebanon the next day- in which i was scheduled to come home. I waited the entire day. I even went to their shop at the agreed meeting time. The man in charge- MAHER and his assistant was also not there. There was no veil in sight.

They said they sent the veil with a random man from lebanon and couldnt get ahold of him. THEY ****.

I had to come home without my veil and they still demanded paymeny!!!!

Its been three weeks and ive had to beg to see a video of the veil. Today they sent one and it was COMPLETELY WRONG. I paid EXTRA for beadwork and NON was done!!!!!

For an INTERNATIONAL brand, I am disgusted!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS BRAND!! THEY ARE A ****!!
