Greetings may i please get legal assistance regarding my car Kia picanto registration HM 41 LV GP that i got from Saifleet as a rent to buy and I have been actively paying for the car and is due to end now in december yet the rent to buy company is demanding R16 000 which they state was for late fees and unpaid discs. which they should have stated before. they called me today i was called by a rude employee called by Michelle who refuses to cooperate. now they have turned off the car it doe's not start. i see this as dishonesty and ******** act as this is not the first time they have done this please help me i really need help.
