SAICA IS PATHETIC

An ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC SERVICE WAS provided to me in my examination . The laptop provided to me wasn't even working properly, buttons were jamming, the software wasn't saving . It caused emotional and physical distress to me, this threw me off my concentration and caused a lot of anxiety during the examination. My mental health has been severely impacted by their lack of competency.

Literally SAICA is supposed to be a bored of immaculate standards, yet they have failed me and every other dedicated student severely. They are a disgrace.
