saic motors MAXUS V80 after sales nightmare

This a new brand vehicle,so we thought of giving it a chance.From the time of purchase till current there are issues cropping up which supplier refuses to sort out, a lot of factory defaults which they refuse to acknowledge. We have also lodged a complain with the ombudsman ut its been almost a year and no joy being a brand new vehicle never did we expect such problems. Wishing this matter will just be resolved hate ongoing issues with this brand of vehicles paying so much every month for a new vehicle that has so many defects what is the use as we cant enjoy the benefits of a new vehicle. If we didnt make payment our names would be stained but they dont seem to care as long they sold the vehicle
