USELESS - WASTED MY TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK

This is an entirely useless organization, a total **** in my opinion. They don't respond to queries. The only time I got a response to my mail was from one Vroeska who promptly escalated my query to one Nathi, who then called me back to say all that was needed to complete my application for designation was to send him a certified copy of my ID to him personally and then call him, which I uploaded and then mailed. That was in February 2024, my initial application was at least 2 months before that. We are now in June 2024. No response to follow-up calls and e-mails but they keep sending me reminders to complete my application, I must now upload additional documentation including my marriage certificate (for what only God knows even though they informed me all that they needed was my ID) which I already have uploaded several times for that matter. All they are good for is sending multiple spammy circulars and offers for registration to conferences and other ways to extract money from you but they are completely useless, I have cancelled my membership and I have no hope they will process that either.
