SAIBA Frustrating!!!!!!!

I am VERY frustrated with your establishment.

Before you do anything for us you expect payment, but this is the service we receive from you???

I have tried to make contact on NUMEROUS occasions asking for guidance and following up on my application. Online it says that the supporting documents was not received but I submitted them with the application. Again, before I was able to do this I had to pay R 1350.00. You have asked for my marriage certificate, but I am not even married. You also asked for articles document, but I have a degree and have been working in practice for 7 years now. I have also done SAIT’s exam to be able to get the general tax practitioner designation.

Why is there no communication? I am not happy and very frustrated.
