HORRIBLE
Again I will reiterate never ever to join SAIBA please!!! They will bill you for things you cancelled years ago and will never tell you the cancellation process! They will bully you into paying after you cancelled a membership years ago!

16 Aug 2023, 19:33As you can see this company is ***********. I CALLED to cancel in the year 2020 and they asking me for an email??? I was told to pay off 2020 and I have proof that I was paying it off until I lost my job and I notified them. Now they are billing me for current years?? I asked them to send me an updated statement to reflect a balance of R650 and they are questioning me because of their incompetence? Billing me thousands of rands for what??
