Bad Customer Experiance

I was not in good standing. I have settle the amount which was due and my CPD are up to date but the status hasn't change, my consultant is not responding to my emails, their complains department is not responding to my email regarding this matter, When I call, I became call now 1 yet wait up to 30 minutes with no response. Yet, I attend their roadshows and get to learn their vision to get this experience it the total opposite of what they say they about. Home affairs service is way better that this experience.
